Dispute Tribunal Order Collections

If you have been to the Disputes Tribunal to resolve a dispute, you will likely have a decision. Your decision is a Disputes Tribunal Order. These Orders are legally binding and enforceable. 

However, just because you have an Order, it does not always mean the respondant debtor will pay you what they have been ordered to do by the Disputes Tribunal.

We can help you recover the amount owed as shown on the Order and enforce it through the Ministry of Justice in the District Court. 

We will pay the associated civil enforcement costs for you, so you do not have to pay them. 

The Ministry of Justice will add the civil enforcement costs to the debt, to be paid by your debtor including the principal Disputes Tribunal Order amount.
